FACS Newsletter Special/2004 Congratulations on the 25th Anniversary of FACS
On the occasion of celebrating the 25th Anniversary of FACS, on behalf of the Chinese Chemical Society and all Chinese Chemists, I would like to extend my very warm congratulations on the 25th Anniversary of the foundation of FACS.
For 25 years, FACS has been caring for the development of chemistry in Asia and Oceania regions, contacting chemists in all world countries, actively engaged in scientific exchanges in the field of chemistry, facilitating beneficial cooperation, and has received high appreciation and warm gratitude from chemists in many countries.
Since the Chinese Chemical Society became a member of FACS in 1981, it has been taking an active part in FACS activities, organized the 4th Asian Chemical Congress, and participated in the Chemical Information Network (ChIN). As a member of FACS, the Chinese Chemical Society feels highly gratified.
Hereby, the Chinese Chemical Society would like to avail itself the best regards and cordial greetings to the President, Executive Council and Secretariat of FACS, and wishes FACS greater achievement as well as better contribution to chemistry development in Asia and Oceania and to all chemists in the world.
