Message from Chairman of Organizing Committee of ASOMPS XI - 2003
The 11th Asian Symposium on Medicinal Plants, Spices and Other Natural Products (ASOMPS XI - 2003) will be held at Kunming, China in 26-30 October 2003 on schedule.
The organizing process of ASOMPS XI - 2003 has been influenced by SARS epidemic in the world during last several months. Fortunately now the SARS situation in China and in the world has been controlled completely. After discussed by Organizers (KIB, SIMM, UNESCO, FACS) and divisions of central and local government in China, NOC of ASOMPS XI - 2003 agreed to proceed with ASOMPS XI - 2003 as plan on 28 May 2003.
