You are cordially invited to participate in the Tenth Asian Chemical Congress 10ACC 2003 (joint with Eighth Eurasia Conference on Chemical Sciences
EuAsC2S-8) which will be held in Hanoi of Vietnam during October 21-23, 2003.
Hanoi and Vietnam have been honored with task of arranging this Meeging as a great event.
Goal of the Congress
The Asian Chemical Congress takes place at two yearly intervals. As a tradition, they have been organized to bring chemists from Asia, Pacific region and other parts of the world together for strengthening the cooperation and development in the field of chemical research and technology with the theme ¡°21st Century Chemistry¡±.
Call for Papers
You are invited to contribute presentation in either oral or poster on any of the sessions and symposium listed in Scientific Program. Detailed information is available on the Second Circular that will be sent around the end of October 2002.
Language
The official language of the congress is English.

Daewoo Hotel, Hanoi-Vietnam
The congress will provide an exciting opportunity for participants to not only benefit from the high standard scientific presentations but also explore the cultural features of Vietnam.
